Prevention through maintenance
Proactive protection against hackers and performance issues. In our experience, if you don't address this regularly, it can become a potentially big problem.
Urgent healing
Emergency cases: € 175 excl. VAT per hour. Minimum time: 15 minutes.
Reactive solution against hackers
If your website goes offline due to a hack, we can restore a backup. Including malware scan and repairs, this normally costs about 2.5 hours at our emergency rate. This can therefore add up considerably.

Keep website security up to date
By using the most recent security, the website is also protected against the most recent exploits.
Proactive action
Improvement actions will be carried out before problems occur. Should a problem still occur, we will resolve it within the SLA.
Speed optimization check
A good example of what affects speed is cleaning up old photos, unused pages and files.
What's NOT included in the maintenance contract?
Major text changes
Changing texts on pages yourself is intuitive and you can generally do it yourself. We charge our hourly rate for this. Of course, we do fix incorrect redirects or other types of errors within the SLA.
Adding new pages
We will not add pages; we will clean up pages when they are no longer in use. This is done in consultation.
Design changes
Design changes are not included in our maintenance; we will therefore not carry these out.

Website Changes
For website changes, contact us at [email protected]. For extensive changes, we would like to schedule a meeting to discuss the details. For smaller updates, send a summary of your wishes, after which we will send a non-binding quote.
Website Security Check
You can request a security check for your website from us. Such a check provides insight into the current state of your website security, followed by appropriate advice. We charge our standard hourly rate for this service.
